Cheque Payment: Please make your cheque payable to Derek Burtenshaw and make sure you have your cheque guarantee card number written on the back of the cheque. Please ensure that we receive the cheque no later than 7 days before the event. Receipts are always provided in return to the client on headed paper. Thank you.
It is your responsibility as the client to ensure good conduct and the good conduct of your guests, if we feel at anytime our persons or equipment under threat we reserve the right to terminate our services with immediate effect, should this occur full payment would be expected.
It is the venue/hotels’ responsibility to supply us with electricity, if any loss of power occurs it is not the responsibility of DD Karaoke Disco.
You as the client are responsible for any malicious damage or theft of our equipment/property caused by your guests whilst on your property where you are holding the function; this includes accidental damage caused by your guests. It is also your responsibility to pursue the matter with the individual/s involved.
The booking is only provisional until we receive back the booking confirmation signed by you by the return date shown.
Please Note: If for any reason this booking is cancelled, you must notify us in writing and by telephone no later than three days after the return date shown in red on the booking form, otherwise the full fee for the entertainment will be invoiced for and payment will be expected.
